Kyndall's first day at CDC (Child Development Center). My emotions were torn...happy for Kyndall to be with her new friends, but so sad to not have her with me. She'll only be in the infant room for two more months, and then she'll move to the young toddler room...ages 6-12 months. I have to admit, the little toddlers crawling/walking around socializing with each other is so stinkin' cute. I know it's good for Kyndall...just hard on Mommy. As far as Daddy goes, he acted all tough, but he's the one who went on his lunch hour to "hang" with her....lol. Already a Daddy's girl. ;-)

I stood in the lobby and watched Kyndall on this monitor for at least 15 minutes...it was so hard to walk away. :( Do you see her??? She's right in the middle toward the bottom...on her belly w/ the bow in her hair. (((insert sigh)))

Kyndall had her 4 month well-baby appointment yesterday. She's grown in all areas, and continues to meet and/or exceed all development milestones....yeah!!!! Here are her new stats and a few pics from the day.

Weight: 13 lbs 6 oz (9 lbs 15 oz @ 2 months)

Length: 24.5 inches (22 inches @ 2 months)

Head Circumference: 41cm (38cm @ 2 months)

4 Months....Seriously????

Kyndall officially turned 4 months yesterday, and I still don't know where the time has gone. She continues to grow like a weed and surprises us with something new every day. She has her 4 month well-baby check on Friday...can't wait to see what her stats are! AND, she starts CDC (Child Development Center) next week when I go back to work. Ummm (holding back the tears)....I can't really talk about that right now....more to come on that later. :( Anyway, just a few pics from the day.

She normally doesn't rock the double chin (poor baby), but of course she wouldn't cooperate for the camera and kept arching back. My little Tooter Bug...already has a mind of her own!

Barb and the kids just got back from spending the summer in the states, so we drove down to see them over the weekend. Just a few pics from our afternoon at the Werner's. ;-)
