Weekend with the Reeds

Sorry for the lack of blogging. I've been back in the states handling business, so I've had no European travels to share. Thought I'd share a few activities from Indiana.

My Godchild and her mother came to visit last weekend...so sweet of them. Kelley's older sister, Danielle, is the one who's flying to Italy for her spring break...remember me talking about that? Anyway, this family is not just our friends...they are my family. We didn't do anything spectacular while they were here...just relaxed and caught up on lost time. Sooooo great to see them! :)

My mom, Kelley, Me, and Angie

Me and Kelley at our traditional Cracker Barrel breakfast...she's excited!

OK, here's the deal. We were trying to get a picture in front of Cracker Barrel...tradition, remember? Well, the sun was bothering Kelley's eyes, and she was having a horrible time trying to keep them open. You'll see how it unfolds....
She's got one eye open...let's try again....

Nope...let's try again....

OK, I had decided it would just be easier if we BOTH closed our eyes. Hmmm....something to be said for reverse psychology!

Finally!

My Mom and me....wow, we really do look alike!
